Branscomb Munchie Mart Chick-fil-A meal swipe option.

There are many late-night food options available on and off Vanderbilt University’s campus for students craving a meal after midnight. Five of the six on-campus convenience stores, known as Munchie Marts, remain open past 12 a.m. and offer a variety of snacks, drinks, microwavable meals, and cold sandwiches. These locations accept meal plans, making it a convenient option for students with extra meal swipes. Each meal swipe allows for one hot item, like a hot pocket, and two sides, such as an apple and chips. Cash or meal money can also be used for individual purchases.

On Saturday nights, the Branscomb Munchie Mart offers Chick-fil-A sandwiches.

Off-campus options include Cafe Coco, a 24/7 diner with a diverse menu and a unique atmosphere, located near campus. While the food is good, service can be slow.

Cookout, a 24/7 fast-food chain, is further from campus but offers inexpensive milkshakes, burgers, and other classic fast food items.

Qdoba, a popular choice among students, is conveniently located across from Kissam and stays open until 4 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It participates in the Taste of Nashville program, accepting meal money. Wendy’s, another late-night option open until 4 a.m. daily, is located on West End near the football stadium. It also accepts meal money as part of the Taste of Nashville program. Other nearby restaurants, such as Papa John’s, Jimmy John’s, and McDonald’s on West End, close at midnight. There may be additional late-night dining options near campus, but these are some of the most frequented by Vanderbilt students.
