H Mart, the popular Korean grocery store in Quincy, MA, recently opened a food court featuring eight diverse Korean restaurants. This new addition enhances the already rich Asian culinary scene in the city. Four restaurants, Oh! K-Dog, Boon Mukshidonna, Hanchon, and bb.q Chicken, are currently open and serving customers. The remaining four vendors, Paik’s Noodle, Gong Cha, Umai Katsu, and Tous Les Jour, will open soon, offering a complete dining experience.
Oh! K-Dog offers a unique Korean twist on the classic American corn dog, with a variety of savory and sweet toppings. Their menu includes flavors like cheddar, mozzarella, squid ink, potato, sweet potato, and even hot Cheetos.
Paik’s Noodle, founded by chef Jong Wong Paik, brings authentic Chinese- and Korean-style noodles to Quincy. Their signature dishes include Jajangmyeon, black bean noodles with vegetables and pork, and Jjamppong, a spicy seafood noodle soup.
bb.q Chicken, specializing in Korean fried chicken (KFC), is known for its extra crispy texture and flavorful sauces. This popular chain already has a location in North Quincy and is expanding its presence with this new food court location.
Boon Mukshidonna specializes in casual Korean comfort food, offering dishes like tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), ramen, Kimbap (seaweed rice rolls), fried rice, and mandoo (dumplings). Their menu provides a taste of traditional Korean snack bar favorites.
Gong Cha, a Taiwanese bubble tea chain, will be a welcome addition to the food court, offering a wide variety of refreshing and flavorful bubble tea drinks. This popular chain has locations throughout Massachusetts.
Umai Katsu will satisfy cravings for Japanese cuisine with their menu featuring ramen and udon noodle soups, as well as crispy pork and chicken katsu. This restaurant provides a delicious alternative to Korean dishes.
Hanchon brings the authentic flavors of Korean barbeque to the food court. Their menu highlights classic dishes like Kalbi (marinated short ribs), Bulgogi (thinly sliced marinated beef), and Bibimbap (mixed rice with vegetables, meat, and a fried egg).
Tous Les Jour, a French-Asian bakery, rounds out the food court offerings with a delectable selection of breads, cakes, pastries, and beverages. This bakery offers a unique fusion of flavors and provides a sweet ending to any meal. The H Mart Food Court is located at 101 Falls Blvd in Quincy and opens daily at 11 a.m.
